The50WordBible-webThe 50 Word Bible by Dan Miley (Legacy Press) has won a Bronze Moonbeam Children’s Book Award in the Religion/Spirituality category. Presented by Jenkins Group and IndependentPublisher.com, the Moonbeam Children’s Book Awards are designed to honor the year's best children’s books and to support childhood literacy and life-long reading.

The children’s Bible takes youngsters through the story of the Bible in 50 words with a rhyming lilt.

“Our Moonbeam award winners confirm that books can change children’s lives,” said Moonbeam Awards founder Jerrold Jenkins. “They’ve already had a big impact on the judges and the kids that read them, so we know these books were created to enrich children’s lives.”
