			<description>I commend the ECPA on trying something new, but there obviously wasn't any kind of risk assessment done. Nor did there seem to be a cohesive marketing strategy that could pull in the numbers they were hoping for. I think had anyone in charge of this asked a single person whether they would pay to gain entrance to a venue where they could buy books, they would have found out quick this wasn't a good idea. I feel bad for the ECPA debt, as well as for every vendor who lost money on the attendance. This is just another indicator that everything in the industry is unstable, and we can assume we know anything.</description>
