Pure Flix Entertainment (PFE), the largest producer and distributor of faith-based and family films, has announced its first-quarter DVD release schedule.

Next month, Pure Flix will release the right-to-life parable film Meant to Be, which stars Dean Cain (The Adventures of Lois & Clark), Erika Eleniak (Baywatch), Della Reese (Touched by an Angel) and Bradley Dorsey (A Greater Yes).

March 12 brings the thriller Revelation Road, starring former NFL linebacker Brian Bosworth, wrestler Steve "Sting" Borden, David A.R. White (Jerusalem Countdown) and Ray Wise (Robocop). And on April 16, Pure Flix will release the coming-of-age drama This is Our Time, starring Shawn-Caulin Young (Thor), Erin Bethea (Fireproof) and Erik Estrada (Chips).

Pure Flix Entertainment is also producing several original projects, including Silver Bells, starring Bruce Boxleitner (Tron, Scarecrow & Mrs. King) and Antonio Fargas (Everybody Hates Chris), and Finding Normal, which stars Candace Cameron Bure (Full House). Both movies will air later this year on GMC TV.

In December 2012, Christmas Angel, a Pure Flix-produced film, became the highest-rated GMC original movie, attracting 3 million viewers.

"We know that people love movies," said PFE founding partner David A.R. White. "Our vision at Pure Flix Entertainment is to impact lives for Christ through positive, encouraging and heart-impacting entertainment in a culture saturated with content often deemed inappropriate for families.

"Our film projects can be enjoyed with family and friends, or utilized as outreach tools for church and ministry organizations as an opportunity to invite people to church who might not usually attend a church service," he added.

With offices in Los Angeles and Scottsdale, Ariz., the company produces eight to 10 films per year, while distributing another 15 films annually. Click here for more information on Pure Flix releases.
