A museum-quality exhibit called The Bible History Experience will be featured in the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association's (ECPA) new, consumer-oriented Christian Book Expo (CBE), in Dallas, March 20-22.

Provided by Dr. Rusty Maisel and publishers Crossway Books & Bibles, Tyndale House Publishers and Zondervan, the exhibit-featuring historical manuscripts, biblical artifacts and other Christian literary antiquities-will be on display at the Dallas Convention Center, ECPA officials said.

Attendees will be able to view an exact replica of the Gutenberg Press, a first printing of the King James Bible plus rare and early editions of Bibles and devotionals as well as hand-write a verse in a Bible that will be presented to the Smithsonian Institute.

"The core of Christian publishing is the proclamation of God's Word as revealed in the Bible, so we are especially delighted to feature this historic and educational exhibit," said Mark Kuyper, president of the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association.

Besides the Bible exhibit, CBE will feature more than 200 authors speaking, signing books, conducting workshops and meeting consumers, a KidZone program and worship events.
