Christian rock band Switchfoot performed last night on NBC's The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.

The five-member, San Diego-based group, which has achieved mainstream success, performed "Mess of Me " from latest release Hello Hurricane (Credential Recordings/EMI CMG Distribution).
