Hillhouse was brought to the HarperCollins Christian team to foster excellence, creativity and innovation within the Bible team to help Thomas Nelson and Zondervan engage with new and loyal readers of God’s Word. Previously responsible for the oversight of Mardel Christian stores’ Bible merchandising program, Hillhouse brings hands-on Bible-selling experience to the team. Hillhouse said he was “really excited” to join the HarperCollins Christian team. “It is an honor to join an organization with such a rich history of impactful products, and such strong brands from both Thomas Nelson and Zondervan.” Hillhouse will report directly to Chip Brown, senior vice president and Bible publisher at HarperCollins Christian, and will be based in Nashville. “Dylan’s background and thorough understanding of the vast
market choices in the Bible category are just what we need to best market
Thomas Nelson and Zondervan’s exhaustive backlist titles, as well as inform and
bring to market our new frontlist titles,” said Brown. “We are pleased he
has decided to join us in fulfilling our vision of seeing more people engage
the Bible more.” |
