Ingram promotes 3 executives |

Ingram Content Group announced Tuesday the promotion of three executives. Jacqueline Letson, Michael Bell and Emily Weiss have all been promoted to director roles. Michael Bell has been named director of national accounts, overseeing the strategic planning and selling activities for national accounts, Internet accounts, mass merchant wholesalers and associated suppliers. Previously, Bell was the director of consumer direct fulfillment for Ingram. Earlier in his career, Bell was a field sales trainer with Johnson & Johnson. Bell received his MBA and a certificate in executive leadership from Belmont University and his bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee. Jacqueline Letson has been promoted to vice president of human resources. She joined Ingram in 2004 and most recently served as a director of human resources. Letson holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown College. She is also a certified senior professional in human resources. Emily Weiss, APR, has been promoted to director of corporate communications. Weiss is responsible for leading Ingram’s global internal and external communication initiatives. She joined the company in January 2013 as senior manager of communications and public relations. Prior to joining Ingram, Weiss was PR manager with Dollar General Corp. She’s also held communication roles with Atlanta-based public relations firm Communications 21 and the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association. Weiss received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama. She is active in the Public Relations Society of America and serves as co-chair of its Nashville programs committee. |
