Toy company calls children on board the Bible train

Alphabet Alley has introduced the new children's product line "Bible Train Adventures," which includes board books, coordinating puzzles and matching games.

The train's conductor, Nichodemus, leads children under 5 years of age on adventures through the Bible. A new Bible Train Adventures (BTA) Web site, www.bibletrainadventures.com, also will be launched this month with child-friendly games and activities.

Current titles, each with a book, puzzle and game, are Journey to Noah's Ark, Journey to Jonah and the Whale, Journey to Daniel in the Lions' Den and Journey to the First Christmas, with four more titles in production.

The BTA line "brings a fresh new look to the already popular Alphabet Alley product offering," said company owner Marilyn Fontana. "We are excited to take the next step in bringing high-quality, Christian toys to our youngest children."

Products retail from $5.99 to $11.99 and feature colorful packaging.
