Third Day's "Follow Me There"—a song from the GRAMMY-winning band's latest album—has been selected as the theme music for Sarah Palin's Alaska, a new documentary-style series that premiered latest night on TLC.

The song is from Third Day's 11th studio release, Move, released Oct. 19 by Essential Records/Provident Label Group. Produced by Mark Burnett (Survivor, The Apprentice, Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?), the eight-part series follows the life of the former vice-presidential candidate and ex-Alaskan governor in the country's largest state.

"The minute I heard 'Follow Me There,' I loved it, and knew it was the only song I wanted for the main title for this series," Burnett said.

Third Day bass player Tai Anderson said that the band was honored to have the song chosen. The show "showcases an incredibly beautiful state through the eyes of an intriguing family," he added.

TLC and Provident Label Group have agreed to cross-promote the series to Third Day fans and the group to the network's viewers.

Third Day will launch its Move tour Feb. 17. Click here for more information about the tour and here for details on Sarah Palin's Alaska.
