Integrity Music’s We Believe became Billboard’s No. 1 Praise & Worship album in its debut album at retail and rose to No. 2 on the iTunes Christian & Gospel chart. The first title in the One: A Worship Collective series from Integrity Music in partnership with Influence Resources, We Believe, released Aug. 6. Recorded this spring at the 714 Conference held at the Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Dallas, We Believe is an 11-song, live worship album. Songwriters and worship leaders spanning several states joined together for the recording. The resulting album was well-received in August at the General Council of the Assemblies of God held in Orlando, Fla. Integrity’s “One: A Worship Collective” series was inspired by the company’s “Hosanna” recordings that rose out of the worship revival of the ’80s. We Believe is the initiative’s first effort to recapture that spirit of collaborative worship with “home-grown” songs from local ministries from the global church. |
