Outlaw—the latest thriller by Ted Dekker that has taken him on a cross-country tour to tell his personal story—took the No. 1 spot on the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA) Fiction best-seller list as well as the No. 5 spot on the General list for the week ending Nov. 9.
