Relationship experts and New York Times best-selling authors Les and Leslie Parrott are traveling the country with a series of events known as Fight Nights. Sponsored by World Vision and based on the Parrotts’ book The Good Fight: How Conflict Can Bring You Closer (Worthy Publishing), each Fight Night aims to provide an entertaining evening for couples who are seeking ways to turn conflict into greater connectedness and intimacy. “We are thrilled with the buzz that is happening around this Fight Night tour,” said Tour Producer David Huffman of Mike Atkins Entertainment. “The entire team locked arms to pack the house with couples wanting to learn how to communicate better and strengthen their marriages.” “Fight Night is a game-changer, said Jonathan Hoover, marriage and couples pastor of Wichita, Kan.-based NewSpring Church, the site of the Feb. 21 Fight Night. “After listening to Les and Leslie’s power-packed presentation, you’ll never look at fighting the same way.” “It was such an honor to partner with NewSpring Church and World Vision for this sold-out event in Wichita,” said Les Parrott. “We all share the same passion for helping couples have a wildly fun date night while also picking up some new tools that make a positive difference.” Fight Night events are coming to churches around the country through May of 2015. |
