Forsaken Dreams by MaryLu Tyndall has won a 2014 Cover Café Cover Contest. The Barbour Publishing title won in the Historical cover category. The cover was designed by Kara Davidson and Faceout Studio, and photography was done by Tyler Gould. Forsaken Dreams, the first book in Tyndall’s “Escape to Paradise” series, tells the story of a group of disillusioned Southerners who leave the war-torn South behind for Brazil, where they hope to build a utopian society. Tyndall is a Christy Award finalist and best-selling author known for her adventurous historical romances with spiritual themes. The Cover Café Cover Contest reviews covers from romance novels or novels with a strong romance element, and sponsors the annual online contest. Click here for a full list of winning covers. |
