Dani Pettrey wins romantic suspense book award |

The Mystery/Romance chapter of Romance Writers of America—also known as the “Kiss of Death” chapter—recently announced the winners of the Daphne du Maurier Awards at the Romance Writers of America national conference in San Antonio. Dani Pettrey’s book Stranded (Bethany House/Baker Publishing Group) was named the winner in the Inspirational Romance Mystery/Suspense category. The Daphne du Maurier writing contest was named for the woman credited for writing the first romantic-suspense novel and has become one of the most well-known writing contests in the genre.
