Jay Sekulow, chief counsel of the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), will lead a workshop Sept. 20 at Christian Product Expo (CPE) in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The workshop will train, educate and equip independent Christian retailers with practical steps to respond to recent Supreme Court decisions. During this workshop, Sekulow will address questions on the need for legal disclaimers, attorneys and statements of faith. He will also cover proper media relations, business owner rights, how to deal with picketers and whether a store can refuse service to an individual who is not aligned with the retailer's beliefs. The goal of the workshop is to equip Christian retailers to serve the Lord and their communities by preparing them for the legal, social and spiritual challenges they may face in the future. Sekulow is a constitutional attorney, an international expert on religious liberty and a Christian broadcaster. He is a passionate advocate for protecting religious and constitutional freedoms with a significant track record of success. |
