Carpentree is releasing eight new products with scripture and quotes from the Pure Flix film God’s Not Dead 2. Releasing April 1, the film tells the story of a high school teacher who answers a student's question about Jesus, landing her in a court battle with an atheist group. The new product line includes wall décor and gifts that keep the message of the film front and center. The line is anchored with two canvases, one with scripture and the other with a thought-provoking tagline from the film. Both styles offer quotes from the movie or scripture that supports the movie’s overall question: Where do you stand? Jordan Hobson, Carpentree's national sales director, was impressed with the message of the movie. “Our sales and product team previewed the movie and were blown away by the powerful message," Hobson said. "The quotes and scriptures we have placed on these products deliver impacting reasons to think about faith.” Bill Fowler, the company's director of business development, offers a tip to retailers. “Stores will want to cross-merchandise these gifts with other God’s Not Dead 2 items," Fowler said. "All the licensing partners are working together to maximize this movie’s impact in the Christian community and beyond. Cross-merchandising will strengthen the footprint to get the message of the film across to filmgoers and non-filmgoers alike.” To see the movie trailer, visit godsnotdeadthemovie.com. |
