Crossway, Howard Books receive Silver Angels Print Email

The organization Excellence in Media (EIM) gave out its Silver Angel Awards recently, and two Christian-retail industry publishers were awarded in the Print category. Crossway Books & Bibles received five Silver Angels, while Howard Publishing took home three of the awards.

EIM presents Angel Awards to all forms of media that have “the highest moral, ethical and social impact,” according to www.angelawards.com. The Angel Awards “are dedicated to the promotion of quality, family-oriented programming in all facets of communication.”

Crossway was awarded Silver Angels for A Family Guide to the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by Christin Ditchfield, the ESV Bible Compact Trugrip Edition (Orange), The Something Wonderful by Karen Hill, the ESV Children's Bible and This Is No Fairy Tale by Dale Tolmasoff.

Howard received awards for YOU! by Ed Young, The Busy Mom's Guide to Prayer by Lisa Whelchel, and Broken on the Back Row by Sandi Patty.
