Integra Interactive has announced the signing of agreements with Oasis Audio and QuickVerse Bible software for digital distribution of their products through the Integra myMEDIA BurnBar system. David Amster, chief innovation officer for Integra Interactive, said the addition of the digital products to the system will continue to “usher in a new era in the merchandising for Christian brick and mortar retailers.” Dan Balow, associate publisher of Oasis Audio, said the system “will expose more consumers to audiobooks and allow retailers to carry more depth of our product since it is stored digitally.” Britt Edwards, vice president of sales for QuickVerse, added: “Stores will finally have an affordable solution to never being out of stock of our software products. Stores will also be able to offer our 'add-on' collections to QuickVerse.” The audiobooks and Bible software titles will be available beginning in September. MyMEDIA BurnBar launched June 1 offering shoppers more than 5,000 accompaniment track titles from Christian World, Crossroads, Daywind, Provident and Word, with 100 retailers receiving systems. An additional 50 stores will receive systems in late July and early August, Integra officials said. |
