Songwriter Ken Riley received an award yesterday for "Everlasting God"—the first Christian music song ever to be recognized by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).

Held in London, the 28th Annual ASCAP Awards honored the top writers and publishers of the United Kingdom's Performing Right Society. "Everlasting God" was featured in Lincoln Brewster's Let the Praises Ring (Integrity Music/Provident-Integrity Distribution).
