EMI CMG is launching a new promotion in conjunction with the release of Shawn McDonald's Sparrow debut, Simply Nothing to promote singer/songwriter artists.

The promotion will begin August 10 and will run for 4-6 weeks. In addition to McDonald, the promotion will also feature the latest projects from Bethany Dillon, Todd Agnew, Matthew West and Starfield. The price point for all these records will be $11.97 during the promotion, and participating retailers will receive an endcap kit, shelftalkers, bin cards and a listening CD with all artists represented.
