The computer-generated animation film The Ten Commandments was scheduled for release on DVD this week from Promenade Pictures. The movie is being distributed to Christian retail by EMI CMG.

Rated PG for some mild peril, the film, which received mixed reviews when it was released in theaters last fall, features the voice talent of Ben Kingsley (narrator), Christian Slater (Moses), Alfred Molina (Ramses) and Elliott Gould (God).

The Ten Commandments made headlines before its opening in October when Radio Disney banned the words "chosen by God" from advertising to promote the film.

The DVD features the "I Am Willing" music video by Jeremy Camp, a making-of featurette and interviews with Slater and Molina.
