Insight Retail Group announced yesterday at its annual convention that Bob Siemon Designs has been selected as Vendor of the Year.

On behalf of Insight and its stores, Lemstone President Scott Macdonald presented the Vendor of the Year Award to Bob Siemon Designs' founder Bob Siemon and company President Laura Lung.

"Bob Siemon Designs demonstrates the relationship we want to have with our vendors," Macdonald said. "They leverage our corporate office and buying power, yet also support the stores well. Really, it is the basics of the relationship that they excel at."

Siemon commented: "We appreciate and value our relationship with Insight Retail Group. Their unique business model serves an important role in [the Christian retail market]. In particular, we value their ability to take an idea and execute on it, and we are excited that their affiliate and church stores are opening a new market for us. These kinds of initiatives are great for the (Christian retail market)."
