Development Solutions Global Inc. (DSG) has completed the purchase of the consumer products division of Quadriga Art, a multi-national direct-marketing and manufacturing company. Included are the trademarks, products and inventory of Quadriga Art's stationery and giftware from Christian Inspirations & Studio Q Creations.

Andy Meehan-former president of Quadriga Arts Consumer Products who has joined DSG as co-owner and president-said that the Christian Inspirations and Studio Q Creations brands grew more than 25% in 2009.

"Our products are all about value, design appeal and sharp pricing in today's challenging market," Meehan said.

"This acquisition helps us to expand our solutions for product development and sourcing from smaller customers to mid-size and larger retailers as we now have a direct manufacturing relationship with the Quadriga factory in China," said Barry Matus, CEO of DSG, adding: "We now have the other half of the process-low-cost manufacturing. We are now able to service all of our customers' needs-from product concept to product completion."
