A leading Chinese Christian media provider, ZDL has announced plans to host an invitation-only gathering this year to help Western leaders understand what is happening in China and develop business opportunities in the Asian nation.

"Beijing Brief" is to be held March 2-4 at a Beijing hotel. In October, China celebrated 60 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China.

"Leaders of Christian organizations today cannot afford to ignore China," ZDL said. "In the areas of politics, economics or religion, China stands out due to its size, dynamism and growing global dominance. 'Beijing Brief' will provide seminars and case studies that will give an opportunity for leaders to have direct access to a broad range of China data."

Founded in 2003, Beijing-based ZDL translates and distributes Christian books throughout China and in Chinese-reading communities around the world.
