Retailers wearing Blood Donor 2 T-shirts filled Kerusso's booth location Tuesday at 3:16 p.m., aiming to win an iPad or one of three product packages the apparel maker was giving away. Kerusso President and CEO Vic Kennett thanks retailers for their service in getting the gospel message out through the company's apparel and gave an update on the ongoing Live for Him campaign, which was renewed with additional products last year. "Because of the retailers we've now donated more than 360,000 to Compassion International," said Jason Anzalone, Kerusso's marketing director. "To us that's a big deal to be able to help out with Compassion and that kind of ministry." The winners of the product drawings were: Paul Anderson, The Shrine of Christ's Passion in St. John, Ind., who won the "Righteous Racers" package; Marie Prickett, Logos of Northern Kentucky in Alexandria, Ky., the 24-piece apparel package; and Dave Martin, Arrowhead Parable Christian Store in Johnson City, N.Y., the Stretch bangles package. International retailer June Soh won the iPad. More than 150 retailers showed up for the event. Kerusso gives the T-shirts out in advance, asking retailers to wear them for a chance to win additional prizes. |
