In an effort to help stores offer a low price point for customers, Tyndale House Publishers will be offering its best-selling iLumina Bible software for a steep discount. To be released in October, the award-winning iLumina will be available for $19.99--a discount from $89.99--on one DVD-ROM. Featuring passages from the Old and New Testaments, the software features virtual tours of key Bible places, 1,500 photographs, 400 maps and charts and 8,900 encyclopedia articles. Originally released in 2002, iLumina was created by Nelson Saba--creator of Glo by Immersion Digital, released in 2009 and distributed by Zondervan. Glo was voted best in the Bible category in the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association's annual Christian Book of the Year awards in May.
