'Dawn Treader' wins Epiphany Prize |

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treade r and Amish Grace were the big winners in this year's John Templeton Foundation Epiphany Prizes for inspiring movies and TV programs. The third film in the franchise based on C.S. Lewis' beloved children's fantasy novels received the $100,000 Epiphany Prize for Most Inspiring Movie of 2010, while the highest-rated film in Lifetime Movie Network history garnered the $100,000 Epiphany Prize for Most Inspiring TV Program of 2010 during the 19th Annual Movieguide Faith & Values Awards & Report to the Entertainment Industry, held Feb. 18 in Beverly Hills, Calif. Kevin Sorbo, star of What if..., was recognized with The Grace Award for Most Inspiring Performance in Movies in 2010, while Madison Mason of Amish Grace won The Grace Award for Most Inspiring Performance in Television in 2010. The Voyage of the Dawn Treader will be released April 8 on DVD by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, and distributed to Christian stores by Provident-Integrity Distribution.
