B&H Publishing Group President Selma Wilson recently launched her new blog, SelmaWilson.com. With more than 30 years in ministry and Christian publishing, the goal of the blog is to encourage, network, engage and resource Christians to be successful in their homes, work and ministry. Wilson is on the board of directors of the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA) and is one of the few female CEOs in Christian publishing. For the past three years at the helm of B&H, she has spearheaded strategy realignment and experienced significant growth in a challenging economy. At SelmaWilson.com, Wilson will be sharing her thoughts weekly on topics, including: Business: Christian publishing analysis and church analysis; Inspirational Stories: unsung heroes of people changing the world, stories from her travels and marriage and family stories; Book Reviews: Q&A's from her favorite authors; and also will feature guest-post writers from authors and industry leaders. To date, she has featured B&H best-selling authors such as Beth Moore (Whispers of Hope) and Candace Cameron Bure (Balancing It All) as well as other ministry leaders, including best-selling author Kyle Idleman (Not a Fan, AHA). In addition, she profiles women in leadership inside and outside of the walls of LifeWay Christian Resources. Upcoming interviews include Tami Heim, president of Christian Leadership Alliance; Angie Smith (Chasing God); Thom Rainer (I Am a Church Member); and Julianna Zobrist (Double Play: Faith and Family First). “My hope is to provide a place where I can share life-changing stories of gospel transformation as well as insight into Christian publishing,” Wilson said. “I also want to create a place to engage and support younger leaders in the industry and ministry.” Wilson is also on Twitter at @Selma_Wilson.
