CITIC Press released the simplified Chinese version of Be a Better Dad Today in China on June 1. The book will be published by the nation’s largest business publisher and supported by a nationwide campaign. Published by Regal in 2012, the book by Gregory W. Slayton is now in its eighth printing in the U.S. and has sold more than 100,000 copies internationally. In Taiwan, Be a Better Dad Today! has seen sales of over 15,000 copies in its first year, so the author expects the book to also sell well in China. As the Slaytons have done in every country, all royalties from book sales in China will be given to family charities in that country. The book is dedicated to the Chang family, the Chinese-American family from whom the author learned the importance of good fatherhood, strong family and deep faith. |
