The International Christian Retail Show (ICRS) was an award-filled event for the Abingdon Press, the publishing imprint for the United Methodist Publishing House. Abingdon won 12 Christian Retailing’s Best awards Tuesday morning, which came on the heels of the imprint’s selection by the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association as Publisher of the Year during the group’s Golden Scroll Awards on Sunday. Abingdon also won the CBA Impact Award for best booth under 400 square feet. In addition’s Abingdon Press Key Accounts Sales Manager Bryan Williams was awarded an Outstanding Customer Service Award from the Association of Logos Bookstores. “We continually strive to provide relevant resources that meet the needs of our retail partners and customers,” said Tamara Crabtree, executive director, marketing and sales at Abingdon. “It is a great honor to know that we are meeting those needs and helping our Christian business partners in fulfilling their personal missions to impact their communities for Christ.” |
