Dr. David Jeremiah’s Agents of Babylon (Tyndale House Publishers) debuted on the New York Times best-seller list for sales ending the week of Oct. 10. The title achieved No. 6 on the Advice, How-To and Miscellaneous list in its first week of release. Known to many as the founder and host of Turning Point, Dr. Jeremiah also serves as senior pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church in El Cajon, California. Dr. Jeremiah is praying a specific prayer for the impact of his new book. “It is my heartfelt prayer that this book will impress the truth of God’s Word into both your mind and your heart and that it will strengthen your resolve to stand firm for Christ in the face of the worst of circumstances,” he said. As part of the launch for Agents of Babylon, Dr. Jeremiah will travel throughout the United States encouraging communities to “dare to be a Daniel” and stand up for God in the midst of a godless culture. These “Stand Up!” events will take place in Orlando, Florida; New York City; and Hershey, Pennsylvania. |
