Several Christian artists are featured in Songs of Praise for America, which airs on DirecTV's Channel 103 through July 4. Dove Award-winner Natalie Grant co-hosts the program with former NASCAR champion Darrell Waltrip.

During the 60-minute special, a musical celebration in honor of the nation's birthday, Michael W. Smith performs "There She Stands," Nicole C. Mullen offers a rendition of "Freedom" and Mark Schultz sings "Letters From War."

A follow-up to last year's Songs of Praise, the special, which debuted Saturday, also includes performances from the Prestonwood Baptist Church Choir and The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir.
