Washington-based Logos Bible Software was vandalized recently by a man who was arrested and taken to a hospital for evaluation. According to The Bellingham Herald, employees found satanic altars, pornography, Nazi symbols and graffiti at the company's two downtown buildings, July 7.

Brenna Sebens, Logos executive assistant, told the newspaper that she walked into a bathroom and found the light bulbs had been replaced with red ones. She also found disturbing paintings, satanic symbols and crude writing on the walls.

"We've never had anything this bad before," Sebens told the Herald. "We've never had vandalism directed at our company."

Police arrested Dale Sadler, 34, and he allegedly admitted to the vandalism. Sadler told police that he felt the company was charging him money for Bibles when he could get them for free, the newspaper reported. Sadler was charged with suspicion of malicious mischief.

Logos is the largest developer of Bible software. The Best Christian Workplaces Institute recently named Logos among the winners in the Product and Services category of companies with 50-plus employees.
