Anchor/Whitaker House announces ICRS winners Print Email

Anchor Distributors/Whitaker House has announced the winners of its "Roll It and Win" Contest from the International Christian Retail Show (ICRS), held last week in Atlanta.

The winners, who received $100 each in free products, were chosen at random as they pushed their pink or aqua rolling totes across the convention floor. The totes were given to stores who made pre-show appointments or placed a qualifying order with Anchor Distributors/Whitaker House sale representatives, company officials said.

The winners were: Russ Williams of Christian Book Store in Lumberton, N.C.; Esther Aworinde of Lase Books in Lagos, Nigeria; Kim Smith of Laurie Dash & Co. in Barbados, West Indies; Angelica Croes of Libreria Victoria in Oranjestad, Aruba; Marie Underwood of Lighthouse Christian Books & Music in Cornelia, Ga.; Donna Holley of New Life Christian Supply in Corinth, Miss.; Jerry McNall of Pentecostal Publishing House in Hazelwood, Mo.; Patsy Benney of The Salt Cellar in Lawton, Okla.; George and Ruth Clayton of Sonshine Bible Books & Gifts in Toccoa, Ga.; Margaret Ayoola of Supernatural Dimensions in Lagos, Nigeria; Frank and Marilyn Hood of Sweet Spirit Christian Bookstore in Marietta, Ga.; and Joni Chinn of Times of Refreshing in Huntington, W.Va.

Additionally, Whitaker House announced that Marv Smoker of Berean Christian Stores in Lancaster, Pa., won the Dr. Myles Munroe Bahamas Trip Giveaway during ICRS. Smoker received a trip to the Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort and Offshore Island in the Bahamas. She has the opportunity to eat dinner with Munroe during her Caribbean trip, company officials said.
