In response to the growing economic downturn, Strang Book Group will publish Financial Armageddon by pastor and New York Times best-selling author John Hagee.

To be released Nov. 11 by Strang's current events/political imprint, FrontLine, the book was written in less than three weeks after the recent banking crash.

In Financial Armageddon, Hagee—senior pastor of 19,000-member Cornerstone Church in San Antonio—addresses the origins of the global oil and economic crises as well as how readers can protect their personal finances.

"Pastor Hagee is uniquely qualified to write a book like this," said Tessie DeVore, executive vice president of the Strang Book Group. Financial Armageddon is ripped from today's headlines and answers the questions of why our current economic crisis is happening and what will happen next."

Financial Armageddon is Hagee's fifth book with Strang Communications, publisher of Christian Retailing. Hagee's previous best-sellers include In Defense of Israel and Jerusalem Countdown, which has sold more than a million copies.
