SKY ANGEL FOUNDER AND CEO DIES Print Email

Robert W. Johnson, founder, chairman and CEO of Dominion Video Satellite Inc. and the Sky Angel nationwide direct-to-home satellite television service, died on Thursday due to heart failure. He was 66.

Johnson's son, Robert W. Johnson Jr., Dominion's vice president of finance and CFO, will serve as interim leader of the company.

Johnson is also survived by his wife, Jeanine, daughters Kathleen Johnson, Nancy Christopher and Jennifer Jarvis, and three brothers and two sisters.
