Word Distribution will continue to distribute VeggieTales, and has also signed on to distribute other Classic Media DVD products. Word recently renewed a long-term video distribution deal with Big Idea, marking the continuation of a 10-year relationship with the creators of the "VeggieTales" series. Word's sales of Big Idea products within the CBA marketplace have surpassed 14.6 million video units, including its latest release, A Snoodle's Tale. According to SoundScan, this release held the No. 1 position for 10 consecutive weeks. On August 28, Big Idea launches Sumo of the Opera, the 24th VeggieTales release through Word. Word Distribution is also partnering with Big Idea's parent company, Classic Media, to distribute Golden Books Music DVD titles beginning in October, including Action Bible Songs, Preschool Songs, Silly Songs and Sunday School Songs.
