Multnomah Publisher Don Jacobson signed a letter of intent last month to purchase a 29,000-square-foot building that will serve as the consolidated corporate headquarters for Multnomah Publishers in Sisters, Ore. The sale is expected to close the first week of October.

Multnomah's growing pains in 1998 demanded a second building be leased. A third building was bought in 1999 to accommodate continued growth. After working from three buildings in different parts of Sisters for the past six years, Multnomah employees will be moved under one roof as a result of the recent purchase.
