Doerksen wins Juno Award for Album of the Year |

Brian Doerksen won the Contemporary Christian/Gospel Album of the Year for Holy God (Integrity Music/Provident-Integrity) during the Juno Awards, Canada's equivalent to the GRAMMY Awards that was held Sunday at the Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta. A native and resident of British Columbia, Doerksen was chosen over Thousand Foot Krutch, Relient K, Amanda Falk and Newworldson. Doerksen previously won Canada's Covenant Awards and SHAI Awards and has been recognized by the Gospel Music Association with an International Award. |
