Singer Kevin Max has just signed on to the role of Joseph in the Visalia Theatre Company / Hutson-Cavale Productions revival of the classic Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

"When we decided to do Joseph, Kevin was the first person who came to mind," said Mike Cavale, one half of the team of Hutson-Cavale Productions. "His natural charisma and stage presence is compelling enough, not to mention he's a great singer. We were thrilled when he agreed to be a part of our production. I think this could open a lot of doors for Kevin."

The show will be playing at the Visalia Fox Theatre in Visalia, Calif.

Max is also scheduled to release a new EP at the beginning of June titled Between the Fence and the Universe. This project will be available at select retail stores and through his Web site www.kevinmax.com.
