Tyndale House Publishers earlier this month released episodes nine and 10 of the "Friends and Heroes" DVD series.

Doing Our Part—episode nine—tells the story of Queen Esther, teaching children lessons about bravery. In episode 10, Horseplay teaches about forgiveness from the story of Joseph.

Each of the two "Friends and Heroes" DVDs includes previews, a quiz, still scenes, a singalong music video and Spanish subtitles. The 30-minutes series—which features 3-D animation—follows the adventures of 14-year-olds Macky and Portia, weaving in stories from both the Old and New Testaments.
