“David McNutt brings to IVP Academic an excellent, well-rounded theological education as well as teaching, pastoral and editorial experience,” said Dan Reid, senior acquisitions editor for IVP Academic. “All of this makes him exceptionally well-suited for overseeing the ‘Reformation Commentary on Scripture’ and engaging the exciting and multifaceted opportunities in theological publishing today.” McNutt received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University, his Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, his Master of Letters (Theology) from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland and his Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge, England. McNutt previously served as a guest assistant professor of theology at Wheaton College and as the associate pastor for pastoral care at First Presbyterian Church of Glen Ellyn (Ill.). His
