Wisconsin-based gift company HeartSteps has changed hands.

In order to move closer to family members, Pat and Missy McCormick sold the company to Scott and Jamie Kolpien, owners of Impact Publications, in February. Impact Publications will provide marketing and design services for HeartSteps.

"HeartSteps has been a blessing to us, and it is our desire to have our Lord use our products & staff to help others the way He wants," said co-owner Jamie Kolpien, adding that plans are in the works to expand beyond the company's current product lines, which include greeting cards, angel figurines, crosses and photo frames.
