The first two “Boz” DVDs, which released at Christian retail in March from Exclaim Entertainment, have received the Dove Foundation's Seal of Approval.

The first two releases in the “Boz, The Green Bear Next Door” series, Thank You God for … Colors and Shapes and Thank You God for … Friends and Helpers, geared for preschoolers, both received the Dove Seal. The nonprofit organization reviews entertainment releases “to encourage and promote the creation, production, distribution, and consumption of wholesome family entertainment,” the company said in a statement.

In addition to the two DVDs, the Dove Seal was also awarded to the first two “Boz” books, God Loves Your Nose and God Gives You Friends (Zonderkidz).
