Blues guitarist Jonny Lang will release his next album, Turn Around, to the Christian market Sept. 19. GRAMMY-nominated Lang co-wrote one song on the album with Steven Curtis Chapman.

“I've been a fan of Jonny Lang for a long time, but I think this record captures more of his heart and soul than any music I've ever heard him make,” Chapman said of Turn Around. “I'm very honored to have had the privilege of writing with Jonny for this record, and our friendship has shown me that he's a man that's passionate about his faith as a Christian and is committed to reflecting that in his music. This is an amazing record from an amazing artist.”

The album also includes a duet with mainstream artist Michael McDonald, musicians Sam Bush and Buddy Miller, and Nickel Creek violinist Sara Watkins.

Lang also will tour to 20 cities this summer to perform material from Turn Around.
