The third installment of VeggieTales co-creator Phil Vischer's 13-part "What's in the Bible?" DVD series was recently released by Tyndale House Publishers.

Featuring two 25-minute episodes, Wanderin' in the Desert seeks to help children understand how Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy fit in with Genesis and Exodus.

"Left Behind" co-author Tim LaHaye's new end-times thriller series has debuted in the top 10 of the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association's (ECPA) June best-sellers list.

Written with Craig Parshall and published by Zondervan, Edge of Apocalypse is ranked No. 10 in the monthly chart, which is based on the four-week sales cycle through May 15.

Christian publishing veteran Larry Carpenter's new consulting firm has entered into a long-term agreement to advise Creation By Design (CBD) in its rollout of new products.

Based in Teaneck, N.J. and founded last year by Steven Kaye, CBD offers Bible-based trading cards, featuring 3-D, computer-generated artwork. This fall, the company will roll out more than 50 new products, including a second series of collectible trading cards, BibleStrike--a card-based strategy game--T-shirts, posters, postcards, artwork and giftware.

Ex-Christian Supply worker jailed for fraud Print Email

Leading independent Christian retailer Chuck Wallington's landmark store may never fully recover from years of theft by a former staff member just jailed for the long-term fraud.

The president of family-run Christian Supply in Spartanburg, S.C., said that he was "satisfied" with the 30-month prison term given last week to Cheri Abraham, the former director of administration at the business.
